公司拥有技术研发中心，机械加工中心，产品检测中心及现代化大型的锻压生产车间，可实现集下料，锻造，机械加工一条龙生产。配有2500吨油压机及各种大型专业金属切削机床，设备等，是一家可实现年产锻件9000吨的大型专业锻造加工企业。目前，企业员工64人，其中高级工程师1名，机械，电气工程师4名，高级锻造技师2人，为了保证产品质量，达到客户要求，公司已于2002年通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证，2013年通过中国船级社工厂认证，2015年通过API 20B认证，建立和健全了质量检验手段，形成完整的企业管理和生产体系及质量体系，所生产产品完全采用GB,API 6A 等标准进行生产，幷严格执行工艺流程，确保产品质量安全可靠。
